This 2x regional Emmy® Award nominated 22 minute documentary film shows what it is like to get an education in Ngata, Nakuru in the Ogilgei Secondary School. This is a look at how the Iowan non-profit Rising Daisies is helping partner, empower, and equip the students with educational opportunities to be productive citizens.
This film has been officially selected for the Indie Short Fest & Awareness Festival, a finalist in the Independent Shorts Awards, and an award winner in the Docs Without Borders Film Festival. It is also nominated in 2021 for two regional Emmy® Awards in the categories of Documentary and Community Service.

Botanical Ballet
This Telly Award & Iowa Motion Picture Association Award winning video is an artistic collaboration between Ballet Des Moines and the Greater Des Moines Botanical Center. It was created to enrich lives through an inspiring dance performance during the pandemic as well as highlight areas of the Botanical Center the public wasn’t able to visit at the time. This video was created for and featured in the Greater Des Moines Botanical Center’s live-streamed event on November 20th, 2020 called “Champagne & Chocolate.”

Celebrating 15 Years
This Telly Award, Davey Award, and Global Trend Award winning video was filmed on beautiful farms all over the state of Iowa. The Coalition to Support Iowa's Farmers is a non-profit, non-partisan organization that provides assistance to Iowan farmers at no cost and has helped over 4,600 Iowan farm families over the last 15 years. This video is part of their marketing to Iowans and was made to help explain what they do and why they do it.

I love storytelling. I also love meeting people and learning about what they are passionate about.
I started in photography around 2003 and I also wanted to make movies so I started working on video projects about 10 years ago. I taught photo & video editing while working for Apple and then went full time into video work in 2014. I focus on quality and craftsmanship in what I do and love being a judge for both the regional Emmy® awards and a member of the Telly Awards Judging Council.
My greatest joy in life is being a husband and father, spending quality time with friends and family, reading, and traveling.
